1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sawariya Events' services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Customer," or "you") and Sawariya Events ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

2.1 Service Description

Sawariya Events provides professional event decoration services including but not limited to:

• Birthday party decorations for all ages
• Anniversary and romantic theme decorations
• Baby shower and welcome baby decorations
• Corporate and office event decorations
• Custom theme decorations and setups
• Balloon arrangements and installations

2.2 Service Areas

We primarily serve Surat, Gujarat, and surrounding areas. Services outside our standard service area may incur additional transportation charges.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• We recommend booking at least 7-14 days in advance
• Last-minute bookings may incur additional charges

3.2 Payment Terms

• 30-50% advance payment required to confirm booking
• Remaining balance due on the day of service
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices may vary based on location, complexity, and customization requirements

3.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Services outside our standard service area
• Rush orders (less than 48 hours notice)
• Extra decorations or modifications requested on-site
• Extended setup time due to venue restrictions
• Cleaning charges for excessive mess beyond normal cleanup

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 7 days before event: 80% refund of advance payment
• 3-7 days before event: 50% refund of advance payment
• Less than 3 days before event: 25% refund of advance payment
• On the day of event: No refund

4.2 Our Cancellation

In rare circumstances where we must cancel due to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
• Government restrictions or emergency situations
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We will provide full refund and attempt to reschedule your event at no additional cost.

5. Service Delivery and Setup

5.1 Setup and Timing

• Setup time will be mutually agreed upon during booking
• We require access to the venue at least 2-4 hours before the event
• Client must ensure venue accessibility and any required permissions
• Delays due to venue restrictions are not our responsibility

5.2 Venue Requirements

• Adequate space for setup and decoration installation
• Access to power outlets if required for lighting
• Clean and prepared venue space
• Any venue-specific rules or restrictions must be communicated in advance

5.3 Removal and Cleanup

We will remove all decorations and perform basic cleanup after the event. The venue should be left in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning due to damage or unusual mess may incur additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and requirements
• Ensuring venue access and any required permissions
• Communicating any changes or special requirements promptly
• Making payments according to agreed terms
• Providing safe working conditions for our team
• Informing us of any allergies or safety concerns
• Ensuring guests do not damage or interfere with decorations during setup

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to venue property not caused by our negligence
• Personal injury not directly caused by our actions
• Loss or damage to client's personal property
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

7.2 Client Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment or decorations caused by guests or venue conditions. You agree to compensate us for any such damages at replacement cost.

8. Quality Assurance

We strive to provide high-quality decorations and professional service. However:

• Minor variations in color and design are normal
• Weather conditions may affect outdoor decorations
• Balloon decorations have natural limitations and lifespans
• Custom decorations may vary slightly from initial concepts

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the event for resolution.

9. Intellectual Property and Photography

We reserve the right to:

• Photograph our decorations for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Use event photos on our website and social media (with client consent)
• Showcase our work for business promotion

If you prefer not to have your event photographed or used for marketing, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably
• Mediation will be attempted before any legal proceedings
• Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts
• These terms are governed by Indian law

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For existing bookings, the terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
